Safety Pendant

The AD50 4G pendant is a small wearable device with a built-in SOS button, 4G connectivity, and GPS. It does not require a smartphone.

When the SOS button is held for 2 seconds:

• The pendant connects to our server via 4G
• Your emergency contacts receive an SMS with a link to acknowledge and view the location
• GPS tracking begins recording their location

The pendant also has a SIM card that allows it to send an SMS directly to a backup number if our servers are unreachable.

Each pendant comes with a QR card in the box. To set it up:

1. Scan the QR code with your phone camera
2. Create a new account or log into your existing account
3. Add the person who will wear the pendant
4. Add their emergency contacts
5. The pendant is now linked and live

You can also enter the token manually on the Devices page if you already have an account set up.

The AD50 pendant has a 1,500mAh battery providing approximately 4 days of standby life.

• Charge via the included USB cable
• A low battery notification will appear in your dashboard when below 20%
• The pendant will still attempt to fire alerts even on low battery

We recommend charging every 2–3 days to ensure it's always ready.

Each pendant comes with a SIM card pre-installed and pre-configured. You do not need to manage the SIM.

The SIM is included in your annual subscription cost. It provides 4G connectivity across New Zealand's major networks.
